The National Business Aviation Association has set NBAA-BACE 2026 for 20-22 October in Las Vegas. The indoor show is in West Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The outdoor aircraft display is Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport. That ramp is open on 20 and 21 October.

Member early-bird full registration is USD 450 through 14 September. From 15 September to 19 October it is USD 580. On site it is USD 710. Non-members pay USD 770, then USD 900, then USD 1,030. A Thursday-only badge for 22 October is USD 170. That last-day badge does not cover Aircraft Connection. It also does not cover the first two days of the hall.

Full registration covers the West Hall exhibits and Aircraft Connection. It also covers education sessions, the Career Zone, the Business Aviation Sustainability Summit, the Single-Pilot Safety Standdown, the Small Operator Symposium and the National Safety Forum. Press badges and digital-creator badges must be filed by 10 October.

Aircraft Connection hours on the registration page are 13:00 to 17:30 on 20 October. On 21 October they are 08:00 to 17:00. Exhibitors and press can collect at Henderson from 11:00 on 19 October. NBAA says a free shuttle will run every 30 minutes between West Hall and Henderson. A BLADE helicopter link is listed. Booking details for that link are still to come.

The Aircraft Connection directory is still being filled. Bombardier already lists a Global 8000, a Global 6500 and a Challenger 3500. Gulfstream lists a G800, a G700, a G600 and a G400, plus G400 and G300 mock-ups. Dassault lists a Falcon 6X and a Falcon 8X. Textron lists Citation CJ3 Gen2, Ascend, Longitude and Latitude. Pilatus lists a PC-12 PRO and a PC-24. Boarding is controlled by each exhibitor. NBAA recommends a pre-booked appointment.

Hotels are through onPeak, which NBAA calls the only official housing provider. The association says some hotels are already sold out. It also says booking through onPeak can cut the nightly rate by up to 30 percent. Extra detail on convention shuttles and air traffic procedures was flagged for summer 2026. It is not on the hotel page yet. Harry Reid International is the airline arrival. Henderson is the static.

Badge pickup at the Las Vegas Convention Center starts for exhibitors on 17 October from 09:00 to 17:00. Attendees can collect from 19 October. On show days the desk opens at 07:00 on 20 October and at 08:00 on 21 and 22 October. It closes at 15:00 on the last day.

For a Las Vegas-based desk this is the home show. Operators who need cover that week should fix it now. The floor and the ramp are where flight departments compare metal next to the people who build it. Goodall Aviation will be in town. Enquiries go through the contact page.
