What is coming up.

The National Business Aviation Association holds NBAA-BACE 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall from 20 to 22 October. Indoor exhibits run 10:00 to 17:00 on 20 October, 09:00 to 17:00 on 21 October, and 09:00 to 15:00 on 22 October. Aircraft Connection, the static display, is at Henderson Executive Airport on 20 and 21 October. The morning of 20 October on that ramp is by invitation. It opens to all badge holders from 13:00.

The room is operators, OEMs, MROs, lenders, brokers and the people who buy and staff the metal. Full registration covers the hall, the ramp, education sessions, the Career Zone, the Business Aviation Sustainability Summit, the Single-Pilot Safety Standdown, the Small Operator Symposium and the National Safety Forum. Member early-bird full registration is USD 450 through 14 September. From 15 September to 19 October it is USD 580. After 19 October it is USD 710. Non-members pay USD 770, then USD 900, then USD 1,030. A Thursday-only badge is USD 170 and does not cover Aircraft Connection.

October is a busy charter month in Las Vegas. Aircraft that sit on the Henderson ramp are not earning. Operators who need cover while crews and sales people are on the floor should place it before the hall opens, not during it.

The Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association holds its show at the Dubai Airshow site at Al Maktoum International. It is a trade event, closed to the public. There is no flying display. The 2026 aircraft list and exhibitor list are not published yet.

Visitors register with a passport photo, a passport copy and, depending on nationality, a visa copy. Nobody under 18 is admitted. The visitor Experience Pass is USD 120 until 5 October, then USD 195. Party on the Runway on 8 December is USD 149 until 5 October, then USD 249. Show hours are 11:00 to 17:00 on 8 December and 10:00 to 17:00 on 9 and 10 December.

December is already a busy charter month in Dubai. Operators who need cover while their people are at the show should arrange it before the visa and registration paperwork.

The SAF Global Summit runs 22 to 23 September at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London. The organiser bills two days on sustainable aviation fuel policy, investment and supply, with a standard pass at GBP 2,150 that also covers the co-located Carbon Capture Global Summit. The 10 percent Final Boarding rate ended on 31 August. The gala dinner is an extra GBP 299. Tickets are not refundable, though substitutions from the same firm are allowed.

The room is policymakers, energy companies, SAF producers, investors, airports, airlines and OEMs. The organiser says more than 1,000 people are expected. ReFuelEU and the UK mandate sit on the programme. A press route was not published on the registration page.

Mandate costs already show up on European fuel bills and on charter quotes. This meeting will not put metal on a ramp. It is where fleet and finance leads can test offtake claims before they lock winter and year-end pricing.

Corporate Jet Investor in Dubai runs 7 to 8 October at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, with a welcome reception on 6 October. The organiser frames two days of panels and networking for the Middle East and Africa market. The event is listed as CPD and CLE accredited with CPD Group and IADA.

The room is operators, brokers, financiers, OEMs, FBOs, appraisers and legal counsel. The published pass includes the two-day conference, networking receptions, lunches, the Dealmakers Dinner, documentation, the delegate list, keynotes, refreshments and the event app. A live fee was not on the event page at the time of writing. Registration is through the organiser’s Eventpack link.

The dates sit a month before MEBAA Show at DWC. A finance trip in DIFC in early October is a different job from a static in December. Operators who send both should not assume the same aircraft can cover both weeks without a plan.

NBAA’s Tax, Regulatory and Risk Management Conference runs 18 to 19 October at Encore Las Vegas, two days before NBAA-BACE. The association bills it for attorneys, CPAs, financial advisers, CFOs and flight operations staff who need the current tax and regulatory picture. The programme lists IRS enforcement, state audits, jet cards, fractional ownership and in-house aircraft. Accounting professionals can claim up to 14 hours of CPE.

A conference badge includes a full NBAA-BACE pass for 20 to 22 October. Member registration is USD 2,200 from 1 September to 17 October, then USD 2,300. Non-members pay USD 2,540, then USD 2,640. Cancellations need writing by 18 September. After that date NBAA pays no refund on this conference. Badges are collected at Encore Registration Desk 5.

The tax room sits immediately in front of the show. A finance or legal lead who only needs the conference can still walk the West Hall and Henderson without a second ticket. That is useful. It also means the people who price debt and structure ownership are in town before the static fills.

The National Air Transportation Association holds its 2026 Aviation Business Conference on 10 November at The Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek, Denver. The Industry Excellence Awards sit on the same day at the same hotel. A public fee and a full programme were not on the association’s open pages at the time of writing. The 2026ABC link goes to the member portal.

The room is FBO, charter, MRO and GA business leaders. NATA uses the conference for fees, client experience, infrastructure and policy. Awards nominations closed on 19 August. A press route was not published on the public pages.

Denver is a handling and based-aircraft market, not a show ramp. Operators who buy FBO services, and finance teams watching US GA consolidation, get more from this room than from a static. It is smaller than NBAA-BACE week in Las Vegas, and it is a month later.

Corporate Jet Investor Miami runs 16 to 18 November in the new Coastal Convention Center at the Fontainebleau. The organiser describes a two and a half day programme of panels for manufacturers, operators, brokers and finance houses. The early-bird pass is USD 2,399. Extra delegates from the same firm get a discount.

More than 600 people are expected. Named speakers already include Richard Aboulafia of AeroDynamic Advisory and Jim Blessing of AirFleet Capital. Jefferies, Global Jet Capital and Solairus Aviation are also on the bill. The pass covers keynotes, cocktail receptions, the Dealmakers Dinner, lunches and breakfasts. Some social events need an RSVP after you register.

The dates sit on top of EBAA Week in Brussels. A finance lead who covers Europe and the United States has to pick one. For North American lessors this is still the week to be in the room.

The European Business Aviation Association has replaced EBACE with a three-day meeting in Brussels. EBAA Week runs 16 to 18 November at Skyhall, in the Connector building at Brussels Airport. The organiser lists sessions on flight dispatch, operations, safety and the future of the sector in Europe. Jet Aviation is named as a sponsor. AIN is named as a media partner.

Member registration is EUR 550 from 1 September to 10 November. Non-members pay EUR 750. The fee covers sessions, coffee, lunch and the networking cocktail. Capacity is limited for Business Aviation Flight Dispatcher Day. Membership is checked at registration. Written cancellations before 16 September get a full refund. From 17 September to 15 October the refund is half. After 15 October there is none.

With RefuelEU, emissions trading and slot access all live in Brussels, the move puts the meeting beside the policy fight. It will not replace a ramp full of demonstrators, and it clashes with Corporate Jet Investor Miami.

The Asian Business Aviation Association holds its Icons of Aviation Awards Gala Dinner on 16 October at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Doors open at 18:00. The evening runs until 23:15, under the theme Back to Old Hong Kong. Ticket sales are open on Glue Up. A single ticket is HKD 4,800. A table of five is HKD 27,800. A table of ten is HKD 50,000. Board members have a separate rate of HKD 2,400, capped at two tickets.

The room is operators, brokers, OEM regional leads and the AsBAA membership. It is a dinner and awards night, not a conference. Sponsorship packages run from HKD 55,000 to HKD 100,000. A press route and deadline were not published on the event page.

Hong Kong is a stop for metal heading into Greater China and the rest of Asia. A night like this does not change hours for sale the next morning. It is where regional management houses and brokers keep the relationships that do.
