NBAA-BACE 2026 is 20 to 22 October at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, with Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport. The useful news now is which airframes are already named for that ramp, and which programmes are using show week as a launch pad.

The published directory still says aircraft will be added as they are confirmed. What is on it already looks like a working list. Bombardier has a Global 8000, a Global 6500 and a Challenger 3500. Gulfstream lists a G800, a G700, a G600 and a G400, plus G400 and G300 mock-ups. Dassault has a Falcon 6X and a Falcon 8X. Honda Aircraft has a HondaJet Elite II. Pilatus has a PC-12 PRO and a PC-24. Piaggio has a P.180 Avanti EVO. Textron Aviation has Citation CJ3 Gen2, Ascend, Longitude and Latitude. SyberJet lists both the SJ30 and the SJ36. Access to board any given aircraft sits with the exhibitor. A pre-booked appointment is still the practical route for a serious walk-through.

NBAA's 1 September press release named a wider OEM set for the hall and the airport. Aviat, Boeing Business Jets, Daher, Epic and Piper now sit on the Henderson list as well. Cirrus Aircraft and Robinson Helicopter were in that press list and are not yet in the published directory. Treat the directory as the names that are confirmed.

SyberJet is treating the eve of the show as a product moment. The company says a full-scale mock-up of the nine-seat SJ36 will make its world debut on 19 October at Henderson during SyberJet World 2026. Programme leadership plans to present design intent, a roadmap and an early-owner incentive. The manufacturer also talks about transcontinental range in the light-jet class. Those figures are targets. SyberJet's own disclosure says they may change through FAA certification. Until flight-test and type data exist, treat the claims as intent.

Inside West Hall, NBAA is putting a new Horizon Stage on the show floor for headline speakers and awards. Flight Deck stays for interactive sessions on technology, regulation, the marketplace and the workforce. More than 70 education sessions are promised. The maintenance track expands again, including a Gulfstream Operator Forum with dedicated maintenance and operations programming.

Member early-bird pricing closed on 14 September. Full registration for members is now USD 580 through 19 October, then USD 710. Non-members pay USD 900, then USD 1,030 after 19 October. A last-day badge for 22 October is USD 170 and does not cover Aircraft Connection. Press and digital-creator badges need requests by 10 October. Cancellations in writing by 9 October carry a USD 50 processing fee, with no refunds after that date. NBAA talks about more than 17,000 professionals. Book the full pass if you need the ramp. Book the walk-throughs with the exhibitors who hold the aircraft.
