The Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association has set MEBAA Show 2026 for 8-10 December at the Dubai Airshow site at DWC. The show sits under the patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. It is a trade event. It is not open to the public. Nobody under 18 is admitted. Dress is business attire or national dress. A business card is required.

The FAQ gives the hours as 11:00 to 17:00 on Tuesday 8 December, then 10:00 to 17:00 on 9 and 10 December. There is no flying display. Aircraft are on the static. The 2026 type list is not up yet. MEBAA is selling the static as more than 30 aircraft. Boarding is at each exhibitor's say-so.

The visitor Experience Pass is USD 120 until 5 October, against a later price of USD 195. That pass covers the hall, the static, conference sessions, the AAM pavilion, the startup hub, Luxury Boulevard, the wellness zone and the matchmaking app. It does not cover Party on the Runway on 8 December from 16:00 to 20:00. That add-on is USD 149 until 5 October, then USD 249. Tickets are not refundable and not transferable.

Registration is heavier than a hotel conference. The site is a live airfield. Visitors must upload a passport photo, a passport copy, a visa copy depending on nationality, and an Emirates ID if they live in the UAE. The official app is due on 8 October.

Free visitor parking is on site. The nearest metro is Expo City, with shuttle detail still to come. Free shuttles to the site will run all three days. Pickup points are not yet named. Atelier by Informa is the hotel programme, with a claimed attendee rate of up to 40 percent off at more than 80 Dubai hotels and daily shuttles. Emirates is offering 5 percent off Saver, Flex and Flex Plus in economy and business with promo code EVE6MB8.

MEBAA is also selling an expanded hall, an operators lounge, BizAv Talks and a Platinum Guest Programme. The 2026 exhibitor list is not up yet. Treat the visitor numbers on the homepage as marketing until the organiser publishes a post-show count.

Al Maktoum International (DWC) is underfoot. Dubai International remains the airline hub for most long-haul arrivals. For operators, December in Dubai is already a busy charter month. If you need the static, register while the pass is USD 120 and get the documents in early. Visa help can take up to six weeks.

Goodall Aviation arranges ACMI and wet lease lift, including into the Gulf. We are not the show organiser. If a fleet needs cover over those three days, the contact page is the place.
